I don't think I've ever been so enamored with a collection. I have always been a fan of Alice + Olivia's effortlessly cool charm; the sweet rebellion like nature of their clothing has always been one of my favorite to see season after season. I think I adore this line so much because it combines high fashion with the ease of being able to wear in real life. I love fashion, don't get me wrong, but if I were to wear half of the looks that come of the runway here in Georgia, I would get even more blatant stares than I already do. Alice + Olivia, however, make high fashion clothing that is extremely wearable while still looking ultra chic and fashionable. Season after season, this line puts out clothing that every music and art obsessed girl would die, or bleed, for. This season is undeniably the most amazing I have seen. Each look is the French girl, chic and edgy look that seems to be a paradox, but is easily put into effect by this house. From the fabrics and the cat eyed glasses, to the platform shoes and maxi skirts, this collection is undeniably one of my favorites of Pre-Fall. I love the contrast of showing skin yet having maxi skirts and the contrasts of fabric and patterns.
